Green 4 Solutions announces Go system update

Longstanding supporter of The StadiumBusiness Summit Green 4 Solutions, has announced the 2015 version of its Go system for visitor attractions, leisure venues and sports clubs.

The UK-based software firm described the release as a “game changer” for the sports and visitor attractions industries.

“We’ve put a lot of work into industry research and speaking with our customers to make sure we truly understand their challenges. After an extensive period of research and development we’re massively excited to be launching the 2015 product to market.” Jonathan Buck, Head of Product said.

“We see this release as a genuine game changer. Our vision and the technology is already proven to deliver huge commercial benefits to the organisations we work with and the new solution just amplifies this. We’ve made everything really slick and easy to use.”

WHAT’S NEW?

Green 4 Go CRM
Green 4 Solution’s Go can now be deployed with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 platform

The main advancement for the Go system, which is built within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is the deployment of the full end-to-end solution within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015. All Go modules, including Ticketing, Merchandise, Loyalty, Memberships, Dynamic Data Segmentation and eCommunications, can all now be deployed within the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 platform, creating improved user interface and better reporting capabilities.

Go users can also look forward to some smart new modules, which focus on the user experience for venue operators. Sports, leisure and attractions marketing teams can take advantage of drag and drop functionality to quickly and easily design email campaigns, targeted audience segments and marketing automations, whilst still benefiting from the power of having their data in one place.

GETTING MOBILE

The 2015 version also sees the introduction of Mobile Wallet, which will enable clubs, venues and attractions to utilise Apple Passbook, Google Wallet and Windows Phone Wallet in new ways. Tickets, vouchers and loyalty cards can all be stored in the mobile wallet. Customers can redeem offers by simply scanning a QR code, which places the voucher into their mobile wallet app. Push notifications improve the communication process and loyalty cards will change in appearance as the customer reaches the next level.

As well as these smart new features for the marketing team, other enhancements to the Go system include a Donations Management module that will empower sport and leisure organisations’ charitable arms to increase their revenues.

To meet with Green 4 Solutions and other suppliers to the sports and entertainment industry, join us at The StadiumBusiness Summit in Barcelona on 9-11 June.
