The organisers of TheStadiumBusiness Summit 2012, Xperiology, have today announced the launch of two new specialist one-day meetings, to be held parallel to the main Summit programme: the Premium Seat Seminar and the Fan Experience Forum.
TheStadiumBusiness’ Premium Seat Seminar is Europe’s first meeting dedicated to the sports sector’s premium seat, hospitality and suite market. Launched in partnership with the Association of Luxury Suite Directors – North America’s leading trade body, the Premium Seat Seminar will be held alongside the main Summit programme in Turin, Italy, on 15 May 2012.

“The total focus of Premium Seat Seminar 2012 will be on driving premium seat business, improving customer service and building loyalty in this highly-competitive sector of the sports hospitality market.
“Then, the following day, Fan Experience Forum 2012 will explore the latest trends, strategies and best practices to engage supporters, enhance the sports fan visitor experience and support sustainable growth.”
“And of course, we’ll also be offering an industry-leading speaker programme at TheStadiumBusiness Summit – the largest dedicated meeting in the world of the owners, the operators and the developers of the world’s leading stadiums, arenas and major sport venues.
“We’re committed to ensuring that our annual gathering remains the definitive meeting of the global stadium sector… and we invite the industry to join us as we share compelling content, industry-leading case studies, and cutting edge discussions in Turin this May!”
