What’s Happening?

The Stadium Business Summit is the definitive stadium industry meeting in the world – bringing together owners, operators, designers and suppliers for two days of debate, knowledge-sharing and networking.

For 2010 we head to beautiful Dublin – a city renowned for its vibrancy, history and love of sport. Croke Park – a national treasure, the home of Gaelic Games and headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association – is our conference venue.

Croke Park has been at the heart of Irish sporting life for over 125 years, since its foundation in 1884. Delegates will be able to explore this magnificent 82,300-capacity stadium as part of  the comprehensive programme.

After a period of unprecedented construction (and renovation), the stadium sector must now face up to some its toughest times: economic downturns and rising unemployment are hitting attendance levels; ever-increasing expectations customer service, quality and value for money; and rising operating costs.

The environmental challenge must also be met – as has the need for stadiums and the events they host to deliver more than just visitors numbers back to their communities.

All these issues – and many more – will be explored in detail at Stadium Business Summit 2010.
