Tom Williams, Project development lead in Technical design has worked in the professional AV industry since graduating from the University of Derby with a BSc in Music Technology and Audio Systems in 2003.
A very experienced and accomplished engineer, throughout his career he has helped to design, negotiate and deliver integrated audio solutions for countless prestigious venues worldwide, including some of the largest stadia and arena in Europe and the Middle East. Tom managed large venue installation projects globally for high end sound system manufacturer, L-Acoustics. He also worked for Harman Professional, heading up the application engineering group within the EMEA region, leading specialists across multiple technologies, disciplines, and vertical markets.

Bart Wiley serves as the Chief Executive Officer, North America, of the Cedar Packaging Group (CPG). Joining CPG on July 1, 2021, Wiley is responsible for growing CPG’s luxury packaging business across the United States, Canada and Central America. He will focus on expanding the business in the sports category, where Cedar is renowned for high-quality presentation, video, membership, product and celebratory packaging for sports associations, professional sports teams and worldwide sporting events. In addition, Wiley and the US-based group will build on CPG UK success in delivering bespoke, brand-enhancing solutions for luxury food and drinks brands, and fan-engaging solutions for the music and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining the Cedar Packaging Group, Wiley was a 20-year member of the Seattle Sounders front office. The Sounders longest-tenured employee in the club’s modern era, Wiley joined the Sounders on September 18, 2001, playing a pivotal role in guiding the club from its USL days into Major League Soccer in 2009. He served in a number of positions within Sounders FC, including Chief Operating Officer from 2014 through 2019, going on to become the club’s Executive Vice President & Chief Global Officer. Over the past two decades, Wiley has cultivated a legacy of service and leadership, helping to grow the Rave Green into a leading MLS club and an organization that annually ranks in the global top 40 in average attendance.
Beginning with the club during its USL era in 2001, Wiley served in multiple roles prior to Sounders FC’s ascension to MLS, including General Manager of the USL Sounders. Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2014 from his previous role as Vice President of Business Operations, Wiley oversaw all business-related efforts for Sounders FC, including sales, marketing, corporate partnerships, communications, broadcast and digital-related content, international marketing and community outreach. Under his guidance, Seattle led Major League Soccer in attendance from 2009 through 2016, with the club never finishing outside the league’s top two. In 2019, he took on the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Global Officer, representing Sounders FC around the world at numerous conferences and events, while also working with the club’s ownership group on strategic priorities.
On the field, Wiley was a part of sustained success as a Sounder, seeing the club win the 2005 and 2007 USL First Division Titles, Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup championships in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2014, in addition the 2014 Supporters’ Shield and two MLS Cup titles in 2016 and 2019.
Born in New Jersey, Wiley grew up in Atlanta, GA, before relocating to Seattle, WA. He has been a publicist for a Major League Baseball player, has run business operations for a NASCAR team, and was among the early business development professionals in the dot-com era.

Eddie Thomas is the Managing Director of Pro Media Audio Video EU. A member of the ISCVE with over 40 years of experience within the audio industry, he is an accomplished audio, life safety, and AV integration system designer and project and business manager working within large scale and commercial audio systems. He owned and operated an acoustic and audio consultancy, before moving into the audio contracting business.
In recent years, Eddie has concentrated on the development of the life safety aspect of large-scale PA & VA systems with stadiums and arenas, with a focus on the audio systems design, production performance, AV integration and project delivery, this includes the electro-acoustic design, fire systems interface and other third-party equipment design to enable the safe control of evacuation of a building in the event of an emergency condition arising.

Tom Lynch is Group Commercial Director & Senior Vice President, Europe for ASM Global; the company formed by the merger of AEG Facilities and SMG; global leaders in venue management. Andy Rigler, Project development lead in EMEA, has more than 30 years’ experience within pro audio via a varied career which has spanned live performance, music composition, sound recording, pro audio system sales and integration. Following a career change decision in the late 1990s, Andy worked within the financial sector for 7 years, mainly working with corporate clients and retains Chartered Institute of Bankers qualifications.
After returning to pro AV, via a spell at Stage Electrics, Andy joined the Bose Corporation in 2006, to launch the then new L1 Personalised Amplification and Loudspeaker System onto the UK/IRL MI and Pro markets. This business grew significantly and, in 2014, Andy transitioned to become the country manager for Bose Professional in the UK and Ireland. Since then, the Bose team has been involved in many large major projects, such as audio for stadia and arenas, alongside steady business within the retail, corporate and hospitality sectors. Andy is one of Buro Happold’s leading structural engineers, with a passion for teamwork and a history of delivering successful projects and complex designs.
Since joining Buro Happold in 2006 his drive for people-centred design has led him to focus on the Sports and Cultural sectors, and Andrew now leads the dedicated Sports and Entertainment Structural Engineering team in our Bath Office.
Andy led the structural design of the Louvre Abu Dhabi through to its public opening day in November 2017. He began by leading the concept development of the dome structure, changing the steel arrangement to a complex patternisation in tune with the vision of Ateliers Jean Nouvel – this unlocked the potential for the structure to be an integral part of the layering system contributing to the iconic ‘Rain of Light’ that can now be seen in reality.
This amazing experience, followed by multi-disciplinary leadership on Etihad Stadium Expansion and Bristol Arena, has given Andy a passion for designing to achieve transformative outcomes for clients.

Chris Lavelle is the Senior Director of Development of EMEA for AVIXA, the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association, producer of InfoComm trade shows around the world, co-owner of Integrated Systems Europe, and the international trade association representing the audiovisual industry. Having begun his career studying sound engineering and working freelance in the audio industry, Lavelle then went on to focus on the property development web portal market specialising in CAD drawings online. As the Director of Event Technology for PSAV for the Maybourne Hotel Group he ultimately joined AVIXA in 2008 where he oversees and supports the EMEA region.

Julien Laval supports L-Acoustics installations around the globe, ensuring that they achieve the optimum sound solution for their specific venue. Julien has worked in various fields of acoustical engineering, including mobile phones and voice recognition applications, as well as medical imaging.
Hailing from Lyon, France, Julien studied acoustics and physics at the Université du Maine – Le Mans before continuing his studies in acoustical engineering, obtaining a bachelor of science (first grade) from the University of Southampton. Lisa has led the media and communications team for the Bristol Sport Group since she joined in 2014. Lisa is also a board director of Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol Flyers, Bristol Bears Women, Bristol City Women and the Robins Community Foundation. In June, Ashton Gate Stadium submitted planning for the next phase of its redevelopment – a £130m Sporting Quarter and new home for the Bristol Flyers.
Prior to joining the group, Lisa worked for Sky News as a presenter with more than 15 years in broadcast television (Sky, BBC and ITV), covering many major live international news events. A keen sportswoman and passionate advocate of women in sport, she represented GB in water polo for more than a decade.
David Keirle founded KSS thirty years ago with the commission to transform Stamford Bridge and its surrounding masterplan for Chelsea FC. Today the multi award-winning AJ100 architecture and design practice still counts the Premier League club as a longstanding client alongside Liverpool FC, Brighton & Hove Albion and three national sports venues Twickenham, Wimbledon and Wembley. As Chairman, David is the driving force behind the practice, building its international reputation in the design of arenas, stadia and training centres. He has an instinct for understanding clients’ needs, and as an avid sports fan enjoys the challenge of creating memorable venues for spectators and sports stars alike.

Une Marija Jurkstaite is CBO for Zalgiris basketball club in Kaunas (BC Zalgiris Kaunas). Zalgiris is the most well known and best-supported basketball club in Lithuania. Alongside this, the club also operates the largest indoor arena in the Baltics – Žalgirio Arena. The Arena functions as a 365 day flexible and innovative venue with a wide variation and choice of food and beverage outlets and has hosted international sell-out concerts, large exhibitions and national conferences. Une has been employed at the club since 2014. In 2016 she became Ticket Sales Director. Leading from the front, Une drove various initiatives such as new premium zones, dynamic pricing, projects and marketing campaigns based on visitor experience which resulted in a number of key successes:
• Ticketing revenues increased by 110%.
• Average attendance increased by 35% reaching almost 15k per game (2018 – 2019) and in doing so, broke league records on attendance.
