Tobias attended the University of Applied Sciences in Graz, Austria, focusing on international marketing and innovation management. Earlier in his career, Hampel spent more than two decades at IMG, progressing to senior management as well as the main board of the company and having responsibility for all IMG’s sports-related activity in EMEA.
