Through this year’s TheStadiumBusiness Summit & Awards 2026, the global venue community came together to support EMERGENCY and the vital work the charity delivers in some of the world’s most challenging environments.
Thanks to the generosity of our attendees, partners and sponsors, a total of £3,237 was raised from this year’s Summit.
Within TheStadiumBusiness Awards 2026 marketing programme, our ‘Donation for a Nomination‘ generated £585 – with a £5 donation from each of the complete, validated entries for this year’s Awards.
Attendees ‘tapped’ donations totalling £1,226 through the onsite card machines during the Summit, which Xperiology has agreed to match. A further £200 was raised through the charity cricket game during the Awards presentation on the evening of Wednesday 3 June.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
“We are so grateful to everyone who donated at this year’s Awards – including everyone who caught a ball during Fraser’s fantastic cricket game and added a further £20 with each catch!” comments Alex Briggs, Fundraising Manager, EMERGENCY UK.
“Our partnership with TheStadiumBusiness over the years has generated enough funds to pay for the prosthetic limb rehabilitation for 125 people who have lost their leg in Iraq – still one of the most landmine and IED-infested countries in the world. It really is extraordinary the kind of impact that generosity like this makes, thank you so very much to everyone involved and here’s to raising even more in the future!”
Every contribution, large or small, helps EMERGENCY provide free medical care to people affected by conflict, poverty and humanitarian crises.
At #SBS26 – and across all Xperiology events – we are proud to support our charity partner, EMERGENCY UK and the life-changing work it carries out around the world.
