Speaker Preview: The first year at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been our industry’s most-anticipated, most talked-about and, increasingly, the most-celebrated new stadium opening over the past year. Winning praise from all quarters, the new stadium has been hailed as a “game-changer” for the industry.

So what’s made it so succseful? What are the operational aspects which have ‘moved the needle’? How is success measured by the stadium management team? And how does it plan to stay ahead after the inevitable ‘honeymoon’ period recedes.

We’re delighted to welcome Andy O’Sullivan, Venue Director, Tottenham Hotspur FC to the speaker line-up at this year’s Summit. He will share insights from the first twelve months in operation of this remarkable sports facility – where focusing on the fan experience has driven every decision.

Meet Andy, learn the lessons and network with 400+ stadium industry execs – only at TheStadiumBusiness Summit 2020.
